JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing.Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP, SAP, or MS Excel).Understanding of food handling and safety requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries of raw materials and finished goods.Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and reconcile stock variances.Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles are applied.Properly store raw materials, packaging, spare parts, and finished avocado oil products under required conditions.Issue materials and packaging to production and prepare finished goods for dispatch.Maintain GRNs, issue notes, stock cards, dispatch records, and inventory reports.Safeguard stores against theft, pilferage, contamination, and unauthorized access.Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and audit requirements.Liaise with procurement, production, and quality control teams to support smooth operations.
