Structural Project Manager

What You Will Do
- Design and document complex, medium to large building structures across multiple sectors
- Lead and manage design teams in collaboration with senior leadership and project stakeholders
- Oversee full project delivery including calculations, documentation, and stamping
- Perform and review structural analysis using hand calculations and modeling tools
- Coordinate structural detailing, material selection, and multidisciplinary integration
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits, respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, and prepare reports
- Serve as a technical point of contact for clients and support relationship development
- Contribute to business development through networking and proposal support
- Participate in internal training, peer reviews, and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor project performance, including financials and billing support
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an EAC/ABET accredited program (required); Master’s degree preferred
- Must hold an active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of residence, with structural designation
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in building design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role; or a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood design
- Proficiency in RAM Structural System or Tekla Structural Designer, Revit, and BIM 360
- Advanced knowledge of structural codes and design standards
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Experience managing project financials and team coordination
- Commitment to mentoring, innovation, and continuous improvement
