SYSTEM TECHNICAL LEADRESPONSIBILITIES
- System Management
- Product owner responsibility in terms of the smooth integration with EDGE 365 DMS and flow of information between the systems
- Liaising with the suppliers to ensure seamless flow of data and promotions between the platforms integrated
- Tracking of key KPIs to ensure success along with the Commercial eB2C and Digital communications teams
- Working within an Agile Project Framework and Team
- Heavily involved in the day-to-day activities that enable the project and sprints to stay on track and allow an On Time in Full delivery.
- Working with Distributor Partners on Set Up and System Optimisation
- Ensuring integration between EDGE 365 DMS our client’s system is being used, adopted, and maximised by all user types to ensure direct business benefit via tracked KPIs for business benefit in line with called out IBOs
- Close tracking and reporting of all KPIs (Local and Global) for assignable and convertible business outcomes
- Full responsibility for working of all functionalities with no error and deployment, troubleshooting and resolving of system bugs for smooth operational functioning of the system
- Working closely with stakeholders, users and Commercial Data Teams to support pre-readiness activities
- Training and Upskilling Business Leads/Local Product Owners and SMEs in both front and back-end EDGE 365 DMS and our client’s system.
- Being a key player in supporting Markets and Distributors with consistent and On-going training plans
- Working with Business Analysts to convert Requirements into User Stories for the Liquid Bubble Development Team
- Risks & Controls Champion
- Master data stability and ensure data integrity within all the systems
- Make available to other dept. employees the relevant policy, procedures, retention schedules and advice.
- Manage the provision of record storage.
- Create and maintain an Information Asset Inventory with agreed owners.
- Be responsible for notifying the owners of records when they have reached the end of their retention period and that records no longer to be retained are destroyed or deleted confidentially and completely. For certain types of records, disposal must also be authorized by relevant members of the Legal or Tax departments.
- Making sure a disposal or continued retention decision is made and documented.
- Liaise with relevant dept. stakeholders and co-ordinate regular reviews and updates of their records retention policy, procedures, and schedules.
- Keep oversight of overall records management within the agreed levels.
- Performance Management dashboards and Insights Generation
- On an ongoing and ad hoc bases report on and verifies daily, Weekly, and monthly Key performance Indicators (KPI) are updated based on the division needs
- Identifying and understanding performance trends, assessing performance against targets and highlights opportunities
- Analytics capability support for the divisional distributor super users and Ecommerce Representatives
- Activity Management
- Keep TMR’s fully informed at all times of objectives, progress, and future Below the Line (BTL) action plans so that effective planning and in-market activities can be implemented in a timely, efficient, and effective manner
- Manage budgets and BTL assets to ensure that resources are secure and used in the most efficient and effective manner
- Provide information and reports on performance to ensure that the National Trade Marketing Manager, Customer Service, Marketing and Brand Marketing are fully always informed
- Manage contracted retail outlets in terms of contract compliance, optimal maintenance, and placement of company material
- Implement national presence marketing and promotion programs with optimum use of resources and materials to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales performance
- for the key strategic brands throughout the division by gaining the active support of the trade through the Sales Force
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or other closely related IT disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant professional experience in technical system management, digital platforms, product ownership, system integration, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise systems, data integrations, and digital platforms, preferably within an Agile delivery environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and distributor or market partners.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, system governance, and KPI-driven performance management.
