The Systems & Platform Administrator will join during the development of its Digital Logistics Platform and serve as the company's technical representative throughout the design, development, implementation and deployment process.

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
Job Description:
· Represent the company throughout the development and implementation of the Digital Logistics Platform.
· Work closely with software developers to ensure the platform meets agreed business and technical requirements.
· Participate in solution reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Pilot Deployment and Go-Live activities.
· Administer and maintain the platform, including users, permissions, configurations, integrations and system performance.
· Coordinate software updates, bug resolution and future enhancements with development partners.
· Provide technical support and user training to internal teams.
· Develop a deep understanding of the platform's architecture, technology stack and codebase to support its long-term evolution.
