Job summary
We are looking for individuals who are sufficiently fluent in system support/systems management. The successful candidates will become part of an engineering team responsible for system support tasks- both internally as well as to our clients.

Desired Software Support Skills:
Windows Desktop/Server Support and Administration, Managing Virtual Server Environment, using
Monitoring tools – SIEM, VEAM Usage, HP Nimble Storage Usage, Knowledge on implementation of ITIL
framework procedures and standards.
Other Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical
skills, Openness to continuous learning and self-development.
Hardware/Software Support Skills:
HP servers Maintenance, Proxy server Knowledge, HP desktops maintenance, Good IT documentation
and Microsoft Office suite skills. Virtualization skills will be added advantage
Platforms:
Windows, Linux
Minimum Educational Requirement:
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from an accredited institution
