Role Overview

This is a high-performance, revenue-driven sales role for experienced professionals who know how to generate business independently and close deals consistently.


You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and engaging qualified decision-makers
  • Converting opportunities into paying clients
  • Selling structured technology solutions (web, software, mobile apps)
  • Managing your pipeline, follow-ups, and deals through internal systems
  • Delivering consistent monthly revenue, not just activity


This is not a support role. This is not a lead-following role. You are expected to create and close business.


What You Will Be Selling

You will represent and sell BagginsHQ’s core services from others on our official website:

1. Website Development

  • Standard websites (from $350)
  • Interactive websites with portals (from $700)

2. Business Software

  • CRM systems (from $1,500)
  • ERP systems (from $3,500)

3. Mobile Applications

  • Single-business apps (from $2,100)
  • Multi-business apps (from $4,900)


You must be comfortable selling structured, value-based solutions, not cheap services.

Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)


This role is strictly performance-based.

  • You must generate a minimum of $3,000 in verified monthly revenue
  • Revenue is only counted when:
  • The client is invoiced and
  • Payment is received by the company


Anything else (leads, calls, promises) does not count. If you cannot consistently meet this threshold, do not apply.


Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: $1,000/month (ONLY paid if $3,000 revenue threshold is met)
  • Facilitation: $50/month (only first 2 months once terminated, and continues if no termination)
  • Salary Growth: +20% increments when you exceed revenue targets
  • Fully remote + corporate email + internal systems


This is a results-first compensation model. No results = no salary.


First 2 Months (Performance Window)

  • You are expected to hit the $3,000/month target
  • If not met consistently within 2 months, employment may be terminated


This window exists to filter execution, not potential.


Who This Role Is For

Only apply if you:

  • Have proven experience closing B2B or tech deals
  • Know how to source and approach decision-makers
  • Can sell web, software, or app solutions confidently
  • Are comfortable working without supervision
  • Understand that revenue—not effort—is the metric


Who Should NOT Apply

Do NOT apply if you:

  • Are looking for training or mentorship
  • Depend on inbound leads
  • Have never closed high-value deals
  • Expect a guaranteed salary without performance
  • Are “trying sales” instead of mastering it


Selection Process

  • Extremely selective: Only 2 hires across 6 African countries per month
  • Interview conducted by a Senior Software Engineer & Tech Sales Expert
  • Expect a strict evaluation of both technical understanding and sales ability


Important Note

This is a serious commercial role, not a trial opportunity.

We are not looking for effort.

We are looking for execution, discipline, and revenue delivery.
