JOB SUMMARY
QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Crop ScienceStrong field experience (agro-inputs preferred)Confident communicator with farmers and dealersSales-oriented mindset (you are part of the sales engine)Willingness to travel extensivelyResults-focused and self-managedValid rider license and experience in riding and maintaining motorbikes
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct on-farm and agro-dealer product demonstrationsSupport the van sales team to close deals in assigned territoryTrain agro dealers and farmers on Chemicaland's productsGather market feedback and competitor intelligenceDrive product adoption and repeat usage
REQUIRED SKILLS
Sales management, Sales strategy, Sales performance tracking and reporting, Marketing, Channel and vendor management, Market research, intelligence, Technical sales
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Diploma, Associate's degree
