JOB SUMMARY
Job PurposeTo drive sales growth of solar inverters, lithium and lead-acid batteries, and related energy storage solutions by developing and managing relationships with resellers, installers, EPC companies, and key commercial clients. The role focuses on market penetration, partner management, and achievement of assigned sales targets.Qualifications & ExperienceA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (solar, batteries, power, or electrical productspreferred).Experience working with resellers, installers, or EPCs is a strong advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsGood understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and battery technologiesAbility to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear mannerSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independentlyStrong planning, reporting, and CRM skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development Identify, onboard, and manage resellers, solar installers, and EPC partners.Promote and sell solar inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions for residential,commercial, and industrial applications.Conduct product presentations, system sizing discussions, and solution demonstrations.Prepare quotations, follow up on negotiations, and close sales.Channel & Partner Management Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, installers, and EPCs. Support partners with product selection, system sizing guidance, and pricinginformation.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.Develop and implement partner sell-out and activation strategies.Market Intelligence & ReportingIdentify new project opportunities and emerging customer needs.Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, forecasts, and reports.Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and product performance.After-Sales & Customer SupportServe as the first point of contact for partner and customer inquiries.Coordinate with technical, installation, and warranty teams to resolve issues promptly.Ensure high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
