JOB SUMMARY
Job PurposeTo drive sales growth of water pumps and accessories by developing and managing relationships with resellers, borehole drillers, EPC companies and End users. The role focuses on market penetration, partner management, and achievement of assigned sales targets.Qualifications & ExperienceA Degree in Sales & Marketing, Water, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Solar water pumping, is a Must.Proven experience working with, resellers, drillers, or EPCs is a strong advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to understand and sell technical productsRelationship-building and account management skillsSelf-driven and target-orientedGood planning, reporting, and CRM skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, onboard, and manage resellers, borehole drillers, and EPC partners.Promote and sell pump solutions for domestic, agricultural, and commercial applications.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.Prepare quotations, follow up on negotiations, and close sales.Channel & Partner ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with resellers, drillers, and EPCs.Support partners with product selection, pricing guidance, and technical information.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.Monitor partner performance and implement sell-out strategies.Market Intelligence & ReportingIdentify customer needs and new business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and product performance.After-Sales & Customer SupportAct as the primary contact for partner and customer inquiries.Coordinate with technical and warranty teams to resolve issues efficiently.Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
