About the Role
Kujua Point LLC is looking for a highly skilled Technical Support & Automation Specialist to build, maintain, and scale our digital systems. This role is for someone who enjoys solving problems, designing smart systems, and creating apps and websites that actually work in real- world business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain websites, web apps, and internal business tools
- Design and manage automation workflows and integrations
- Develop and maintain backend systems using JavaScript / Node.js
- Connect APIs, payment systems, databases, and third-party services
- Maintain and improve existing tech stack infrastructure
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide technical support
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability of systems
- Document systems and create clear technical workflows
- Collaborate with business teams to design efficient digital solutions
- Continuously research and implement new AI and automation tools
Required Skills
- Strong JavaScript and Node.js knowledge
- Experience building apps and web platforms
- Automation tools experience (APIs, workflows, integrations)
- Understanding of modern tech stacks and system architecture
- Database knowledge (SQL / NoSQL preferred)
- Basic DevOps and deployment skills
- AI tools and automation experience is a strong advantage
- Problem-solving mindset and system thinking
- Ability to work independently and deliver solutions
- Clear communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Experience with AI integrations
- CRM or business automation experience
- UI/UX understanding
- Mobile app development exposure
