JOB SUMMARY
🧭 About the RoleWe are looking for a Control Room Operator with experience in private security or surveillance environments to join our team in Kenya. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of client operations through the effective use of security technologies and real-time monitoring systems.The ideal candidate will have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to incidents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, tracking systems) in a control room environmentPrepare daily operational and incident reportsIdentify and escalate potential risks to physical security and occupational safety & healthRespond to incidents by taking appropriate action, including contacting emergency services when necessaryMaintain accurate logs of events, alerts, and communicationsSupport clients by ensuring security protocols are followed and risks are minimized
REQUIRED SKILLS
Security operations, Security systems monitoring, Accident prevention, Bodyguarding, Entry control
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Diploma, Associate's degree
