The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting products, and closing sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.Work Environment:
- Office-based or remote (depending on company structure)
- Requires consistent phone communication and follow-ups
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Daily/weekly sales volume
- Conversion rate
- Number of calls made
- Customer retention rate
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in supplements/health products is a plus
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
Fluent in English (additional local languages are an advantage)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic computer skills (CRM tools, spreadsheets, etc.)
