JOB SUMMARY
Qualification and Experience RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate or any related fieldProfessional sales training or certification is an added advantageMembership to a professional body.At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in telesales, call center sales or real estate salesProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExperience working with CRM system and customer databasesStrong persuasion, negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work under pressure in a target driven sales environmentAbility to collaborate effectively with marketing teams and BDM teamsCompetency RequirementsStrong sales, negotiation and persuasion skillsExcellent verbal communication and presentation skillsCustomer relationship management skillsAbility to influence customer decision making and close salesHigh resilience and ability to work under pressureStrong organizational and time management skillsTeam collaboration and interpersonal skillsAttention to details and strong record keeping abilitiesComputer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation and Prospecting – Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound calls and follow ups and marketing leads in order to generate new sales opportunities and qualified prospectsSales Conversion and Revenue Generation – present company property investment opportunities to prospects, handle customer objections and guide clients through the buying process to achieve sales closuresCustomer Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients through consistent engagement, follow-ups and professional customer serviceSales Reporting and CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system and prepare daily, weekly and monthly telesales reportsCoordination with sales and Marketing Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns, schedule site visits and ensure seamless customer onboardingStandards and compliance: Ensure adherence to company sales policies operational procedures and ethical selling practices.Any other responsibilities assigned.
