Job Responsibilities
● Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Koolboks products and services.
● Answering customers’ questions regarding products and services.
● Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
● Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
● Generating qualified leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
● Managing customer accounts and ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with Koolboks products.
● Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and customer feedback.
● Developing and sustaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
● Using company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and effectively handle customer objections.
● Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
● Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call and sales targets.
● Any additional duties as may be assigned to support the growth and development of Koolboks.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a telesales or outbound sales role
● Strong communication and persuasion skills
● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
● Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
