Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tour & Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both Kenyan and international travel sales, along with excellent administrative, quotation preparation, and social media management skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Engagement
  
  • 
    
  • Promote and sell local and international travel packages to individual and corporate clients
    
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
    
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
    
  
  
• Travel Planning & Consultation
  
  • 
    
  • Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
    
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and packages
    
  
  
• Quotations & Administration
  
  • 
    
  • Prepare accurate and competitive travel quotations
    
  • Manage booking documentation and client records
    
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
    
  
  
• Social Media Management
  
  • 
    
  • Manage company social media platforms
    
  • Monitor trends and recommend marketing strategies
    
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 
  
• Diploma or degree in tourism or any related field.
  
• Proven experience of 2 years as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
  
• Strong background in Kenyan and international travel sales
  
• Experience in preparing travel quotations and handling bookings
  
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools
  
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
  
• Experience in social media management and digital marketing
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
