Job summary
We are seeking a physically strong and experienced Tractor Driver to join our team in Russia. This role involves working in both agricultural and municipal settings, adapting to seasonal demands. The successful candidate must hold a valid international driver’s license, a valid passport, and be ready to relocate. This opportunity includes airfare, accommodation, and health insurance, with the added benefit of employer-sponsored Russian language training upon completion is compensated back—a legal requirement to be fulfilled within six months of arrival.

50,000 rubles/month (Approx. $600) + overtime bonuses

To: Farm Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Summer (Agricultural Duties):
- Operate tractors for harvesting fodder and transporting agricultural cargo.
- Perform manure removal and field-related transportation tasks.
Winter (Municipal Duties):
- Clean and load snow using tractor-mounted equipment.
- Sweep roads and surfaces using mechanical brushes.
General:
- Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks on tractors and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with local and international driving regulations.
- Report operational issues to supervisors promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid international driver’s license (with authorization to operate tractors with trailers).
- Valid passport and readiness to relocate to Russia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating
tractors or similar heavy machinery.
- Physically strong, fit, and capable of working in demanding outdoor environments.
- Willingness to perform manual labor and work extended hours during peak seasons.
- Willing to learn Russian and pass the elementary-level state language exam within 6 months (language course fees covered by employer).
