RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Meeting with clients interested in taking out a loan and providing them with the necessary information to start the loan application processAchieving set disbursementnew customerrepeat loans and collection targetCollecting the needed KYC documentation and assessing the clients & credit worthiness as per the businessCalculating and analyzing the risk ratios of clients based on their credit score and financial historyLeads collectioncategorizing and communicating your decision to both clients and managementSetting up payment plans for clients explaining dailyweekly or monthly installmentsinterest ratesand other costsMaintaining records of loan applications by using core banking systemManaging repeat & top up clients by organizing follow-up meetings with clientsMonitoring the progress of the loan repayments installments and relaying any concerns to the clientsEnsuring that loan applications are in line with the company & SOP’s policiesas well as state laws and regulationsEnsure customers are well trained on the product and any other training that the company would like to offer to the customerEnsure all Brisk customer are treated with dignity and all customer feedback either compliment or complaints are recordedEnsure personal hygiene of the highest level by being neat and well presentable while conducting any business on or behalf of Brisk.
