JOB SUMMARY
Skills and ExperienceAt least 2 years’ experience in training, facilitation, or sales enablement rolesStrong presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to translate complex product or process information into simple, practical trainingExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Willingness to travel for field-based training.Experience in field-based commercial operations rolesExperience in the renewable energy or cookstove sector.Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologiesData-driven mindset with ability to assess training impactProficient in LMS tools
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deliver onboarding and refresher training for commercial and field teamsDevelop training materials, including presentations, job aids, and assessmentsTrain teams on product features, sales processes, customer engagement, and compliance requirementsWork closely with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to translate updates into training contentConduct field visits to observe performance, identify skill gaps, and provide coachingTrack training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance indicatorsMaintain training records and report on training coverage and outcomesSupport rollout of new products, features, or process changes through structured training.
