Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience operating trenchers or similar heavy machinery (e.g.,bulldozers).
- Experience in large-scale earthworks, road construction, or mining projects will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with operating techniques of different machinery models and attachments (such as rippers, winches, etc.).
- Ability to perform accurate trenching, leveling, slope control, and long-distance earthmoving operations according to project specifications.
- Strong spatial awareness, distance judgment, and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings, elevation data, and survey markers.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong safety awareness with no record of serious safety incidents.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work long hours outdoors to meet project deadlines.
- Good teamwork spirit and discipline.
- Basic English or Swahili communication skills and ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
