JOB SUMMARY
QualificationsProven B2B or FMCG/agro-input sales experience (van sales is a BIG plus)Strong dealer network or ability to build one fastComfortable working with targets, pressure, and accountabilityHigh energy, self-driven, aggressive, and commercially sharpSME mindset – hands-on, flexible, no entitlementValid driving license and proficient in driving manual pickup
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell Chemicaland's agro-input products directly to agro dealers using a van sales modelOpen new agro dealer accounts weeklyDrive cash and fast-turnover salesManage your own route, territory, and daily call planCollect payments and grow repeat ordersWork closely with technical sales agronomists to convert demos into sales
REQUIRED SKILLS
Sales management, Sales strategy, Sales performance tracking and reporting, Marketing, Channel and vendor management
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Diploma, Associate's degree
