WAJI OS Commercial Practice Associate – 3-Day Paid Project
In a fast-paced world, automation is becoming the new normal. But technology alone does not make better commercial decisions. The quality of the information, the process behind it and what we do with it still matter.
Waji Limited is looking for 5 early-career professionals to independently test the WAJI Commercial Operating System (WAJI OS) and provide practical feedback within 3 days.
This is a short-term paid practical project and not an offer of permanent employment.
Who we are looking for
This opportunity is suited to professionals who are building careers in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Revenue, Customer Service, Hospitality, Real Estate, Events, E-commerce, entrepreneurship or other commercial environments.
You should be interested in how technology, CRM and automation can help people manage commercial opportunities more effectively.
Previous HubSpot experience is not required. Part of the exercise is to establish whether a professional who is relatively new to the platform can follow the WAJI OS guide and apply it independently.
You do not need to own a company, website or business domain.
The 3-Day Assignment
Day 1 – Learn & Build
Read the WAJI OS Starter Guide and begin building a simple commercial workflow using HubSpot⁠� as the CRM platform.
Day 2 – Apply
Use the framework to organise a practical commercial scenario around contacts, opportunities, ownership, next actions, pipeline stages and forecast visibility.
Where appropriate, you may use your own authorised information or anonymised/sample information. Do not enter confidential employer or customer information without permission.
Day 3 – Review & Feedback
Show what you built and provide practical feedback on your experience.
We want to understand:
Could you follow the guide independently?
What did you build?
How could you apply the approach in your work or commercial life?
What was unclear or difficult?
What would you improve?
Completion Payment
Five participants will be selected.
Each selected participant who completes the 3-day assignment and submits the required work and feedback will receive a KES 1,000 completion payment.
How to Apply
Submit your CV together with a short answer to:
“What would you like technology to make easier in your commercial work?”
No long cover letter is required.
We are not necessarily looking for the person with the longest CV. We are looking for professionals who are curious, willing to learn, able to apply what they learn and committed to completing the assignment.
