Warehouse Manager
Job summary
We are seeking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing a hardware warehouse and understands stock control, inventory accuracy, and safe handling of construction/hardware materials.

Responsibilities:*
1.Inventory Management – Oversee receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock-taking to ensure accurate records and minimal discrepancies.
Team Supervision – Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to meet daily targets safely and efficiently.
Stock Control – Monitor stock levels, coordinate reordering with procurement, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety protocols for handling hardware materials, equipment, and chemicals.
Order Fulfillment – Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer and internal orders.
Reporting – Maintain accurate reports on inventory, stock movement, and warehouse performance for management.
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a warehouse, preferably in a hardware/construction materials environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and stock control procedures.
Familiarity with handling hardware products: tools, machine parts, fasteners, etc.
Good organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with inventory software is an advantage.
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field is a plus.
Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse setting.
