JOB SUMMARY
What You BringBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Technical, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or industrial environmentStrong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systemsStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to lead and motivate others
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently:Plan, coordinate, and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goodsSupervise goods-in/goods-out and order picking to ensure accuracy and minimal stock damageMaintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and system alignmentImplement and improve warehouse processes, driving continuous improvementEnsure on-time delivery to customers and monitor dispatch performanceMaintain high standards of safety, security, and 5S housekeepingTrack inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stockLead, motivate, and build a high-performing, accountable team
