Trucks Sales Manager (One Dar es Salaam, Tanzania)
Main Responsibilities
•Assume responsibility for Trucks sales and product area;
•Contact key suppliers and customers;
•Develops and monitors performance standards and measurements;
•Coordinate sales training directly with Trucks Corporation;
•Provide training to sales executives of Trucks Corporation;
•Supervises all direct reports and provides individuals the guidance required for them to reach both corporate and personal goals;
•Continually monitors the progress of the department and individuals in the parts group towards achieving customer satisfaction, market penetration and profit goals;
•Monitorize competitors practices and promote the competitiveness of the Company's businesses.
Role Requirements
•Higher Education Degree in Management/Economy/Engineering and/or proven experience in similar functions above 5 years;
•Good working knowledge of sales techniques and methods;
•Good understanding of financial reporting and pricing principles and effects of discounting;
•Commercially and business focused, target-driven with “self-going†initiator skills;
•Strong customer orientation and organizational skills;
•Proven leadership abilities;
•Good command of Microsoft Office;
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
•Good knowledge of Swahili.
