Our Client

Our client offers innovative educational solutions to empower young individuals and change the face of  21st century education as we know it. They offer programs that close the skills gap between what employers seek and what higher education institutions deliver.

 

They are seeking dynamic Professional Coaches who will implement and execute these educational solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The Coaches will lead the instruction of students and help them transition from university into their first full- time job
• Apply world-class techniques to build students’ skills through intensive daily training sessions
• Develop and test new course material to more effectively build critical 21st century professional skills
• Capture robust data on student performance and use it to continually improve learning
• Identify and develop new solutions to improve the institution’s instructional methods through constant and rigorous monitoring of coaches’ experiences
• Develop and execute novel approaches to improving students’ experiences and learning outside of formal training, including extracurricular and social activities

 

Qualifications

• Deep passion for mentoring young people to improve their skills, life and career paths
• At least 2 years of work experience, particularly in business or as an instructor in a results-driven environment
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to inspire both students and colleagues
• Outstanding track record of delivering consistent learning outcomes for students or other program participants
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, able to understand and effectively respond to others to effectively shape their learning
• Ability and desire to work in an intense, rapidly changing environment
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to “think on your feet” to effectively address unforeseen challenges
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data to improve student experience and performance
• Experience with direct instruction, coaching and/or mentoring of students in a results-driven setting will be an added advantage.
• Business experience will be also be an added advantage.

Remuneration

An attractive salary is on offer dependent on skills, experience and qualifications
