Sales Representatives

Description

We are seeking to recruit highly motivated, self-driven, passionate and result oriented persons to join our dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients and deep understanding of branding Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
• Present new products and enhance existing relationships.
• Knowledge of marketing systems Forecast sales targets and ensure the team meets them understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s performance.
• Marketing company life insurance products, within Kenya.
• Closing sales and customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum age- 24 years
• Minimum education- Form 4 with C-(Minus)
• Smart, ambitious, aggressive and ready for challeges
• Team player and honest
• Training in sales and marketing is an advantage though not a must.
• Must be from Thika town or its environs.

Remuneration.

• This is a purely commission based employment. However, commissions are payable every month for 10 years for every sale made.
• Candidates will be pensionable i.e 5% of the earnings will be deducted and the employer match the same
• Medical insurance cover both in/outpatient will be given to the successful candidates,spouse and 2 kids
• Personal accident cover of ksh. 250,000 grouplife cover of ksh. 500,000
• Last expenses cover of ksh. 100,000 which includes spouse and kids.
• Monthly incentives in form of gift vouchers for sales made.
• Transport facilitation.
