Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Focus on Secondary Sales target achievement with an acute End-User
- Focus Working with distributors to reach End Users i.e Key Accounts.
- Manage and increase distribution footprint in Retail with focus on Category Management
- Sales and channel development – focusing on adding new channels
- Execute brand plans – in line with marketing promotional programs
- Implement tailor-made promotions and end user contact programs.
- Territory Management.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good Presentation and Selling skills
- Effective interpersonal, persuasive and conversational skills
- Result oriented
- Computer literate
- Distributor Management
- Excellent English Language skills (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in FMCG industry
- Knowledge of Managing Key Accounts
- Channel Management.Â
