Major Duties & Responsibilities:-
•Conduct training sessions for guards and a few other security personnel
•Help in drills
•Instil discipline to guards
•Conduct job analysis and advise HR Manager appropriately
•Any other duty that may be assigned by management.
Job Requirements
•K.C.S.E certificate with C- and above
•Ex disciplined forces personnel with discharge certificate or of merit
•Private security experience of 4 yrs and above
•Valid original certificate of Good Conduct with copy of original finger prints must be filed on application (validity 6 months).
•2-colored current passport size photographs.
•At least 2 reference letters and their photocopy of IDs plus their contacts to introduce you.
•Knowledge of other security operations will be an added advantage.
•Letter from previous employer if any
•Letter of application for employment and CV
•Recommendation letter from your rural area chief & of your current residence.
