The company is looking for a Telesales/Marketing Agent.

The Sales & marketing aspect requires:
- Business Development activities for lead generation, qualification and conversion.
- Manage B2B outbound calls to current and prospective clients/customers.
- Planning & achieving sales targets through direct sales.
- Primarily responsible for the continued growth of sales and account operating profitability within the assigned territory.
- Research requirements, growth channels, create reports, analysis
- Provide product/service presentations and demos. Explain our offering and prices.

Sales script:
- Deliver a prepared sales talk that describes products and services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase our service.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific companies.
- Create trust, manage expectations of the client, and have continuous relationship.

- Call or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers.
- Customer follow-up on a monthly basis.

Technical aspect:
- Conduct market research and back-end administration of website.
- Understand technical aspect of the client’s requirement and provide a product mix/solution.
- Effectively answer technical and functional queries of the client on the products and services.
- Communicate well with our technical team in case of issues.
- Update CRM system with identified leads and markets.
- Create a feedback list based on customer requirement and consult with management (Record purchases and reactions of prospects contacted into CRM systems).
