The successful candidate will manage execution of capital market transactions (including IPO and Bond Issuances) in furtherance of the Bank`s mandate

Provide strategic support for clients in market expansion, transforming data into actionable insights and integrated trade intelligence solutions

Lead the origination of a robust pipeline of export projects across diverse sectors and countries, collaborating closely with branch teams and receiving support from the Director of Export Development

Lead the formulation of the Bank’s strategic direction by collaborating with cross-functional teams, assessing evolving priorities, and analysing strategic goals

Mobilise funding from diverse investors to enhance the development impact of the bank’s risk capital

Your responsibilities will include crafting and implementing marketing plans, developing innovative strategies for market penetration, and actively securing mandates in various supply chain segments
