The Media Team is responsible for IHF’s external reputation and press relations. Your mission is to secure media coverage, draft professional press releases, and manage our public-facing narrative. You act as the bridge between our grassroots work in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia and the global media landscape.

As an At-Center Volunteer, you will live and work alongside our children and local staff. This is a hands-on role where you will balance childcare, educational support, and administrative tasks. You are the direct support system for our children, ensuring they grow up in a safe, organized, and nurturing environment.

The Interview Team serves as the "Gatekeepers" of IHF. You are the first point of human contact for global applicants. Your role is to conduct professional screenings, assess cultural alignment, and identify future leaders who will contribute to our mission in Kenya, Thailand, Indonesia, and beyond.

The Podcast Team is the storytelling heart of IHF’s media division. This team works at the intersection of leadership and digital media, producing long-form audio content that dives into the philosophy of our work. By recording and editing conversations with the CEO and global leads, you help humanize our data and inspire a worldwide audience.

Provide voice over services for audio recording and podcasting. Responsibilities include writing the scripts, voicing the scripts, voice acting and working with the audio production team to produce podcasts and audio clips.

The References Team is the "Trust & Safety" unit of IHF. Your primary responsibility is to verify the backgrounds of international applicants by contacting their professional and personal references. You ensure that every individual joining our global centers meets our high standards of character and safety.
