The Accountant/Finance Manager is responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial management, payroll, personnel administration, financial reporting, tax matters and internal controls.

Three (3) years’ experience in sales and marketing

Seeding, watering, planting, harvesting, processing produce, weeding, composting, mowing, mulching, and pruning

This position is suited to an individual with a sales background who wants to advance their career in a busy and supportive workplace. Based in the sales team, the sales executive will work closely with other sales colleagues to increase lead generation, complete sales and help the team to reach and exceed ambitious targets.

The overall purpose of the consultancy is to support the HiH EA Team to ensure an equitable workload distribution, right number of workforce to contribute to a conducive working environment; ultimately ensuring that employees have a good work life balance and are motivated to perform exceptionally.
