We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Kenya. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO services, especially call center operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
2. Account Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
3. Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor and measure client satisfaction levels, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
4. Operational Excellence:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage client expectations and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Provide regular reports on account status, including forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics.
5. Call Center Operations:
- Oversee call center operations to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
- Work with call center managers to optimize processes and improve service quality.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for call center teams.
6. Problem Resolution:
- Address client queries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Work with internal teams to resolve any service delivery issues or escalations.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or relevant role in the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, especially call center operations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
