The Account Executive at Liveal Africa is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns, and driving client satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.

  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics to provide strategic recommendations.

  • Coordinate internal teams (creative, digital, events, analytics) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

  • Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report campaign performance to clients.

  • Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and status reports for clients.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and project documentation.

  • Proactively resolve client issues and manage expectations to ensure high satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing innovations to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, marketing, or client servicing in an agency or corporate setting.

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media campaigns, events, and GTM strategies is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
