JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsMSc/MBA in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a technical field — or equivalent experience.5+ years sales experience, preferably with food and multinational industry experience.Baking industry experience and technical expertise are a plus.Strong sales mindset, result-oriented, and growth-driven.Ability to create an annual budget and strategic account planning are key.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player.Willingness to travel extensively (50%+) across Africa.Fluency in English; IT skills required, SAP knowledge is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead accounts ensuring our solutions meet customer, market, and competitive demands.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, driving value through strong commercial and technical insights.Collaborate across teams — Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Operations — to translate technical expertise into business opportunities.Execute short-term targets while shaping long-term growth strategies for the market.Operate independently with high ownership.
