Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Account Manager – Outdoor to join our organisation. This full-time in-house role involves managing client projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality products and services are delivered.

Salary: Ksh 130,000 Gross

Requirement: Must have prior experience in an Advertising, Media, Marketing, or Printing environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales budgets and strategic plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Source new clients through activations, cold-calling, referrals, meetings, and site visits.
  • Present sales pitches, close deals, and update clients on project progress.
  • Participate in strategy meetings with workshop teams and supervise project execution.
  • Follow up on invoicing, payments, and prepare monthly sales reviews.
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of outdoor advertising projects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, sharing updates on new initiatives and monthly promotions.
  • Ensure signage and POP materials meet all quality and client specifications.
  • Identify innovative ways to increase revenue.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Design, or a Business-related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management or a client-facing role within advertising, media, marketing, or printing.
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and project management tools.
