Job Overview:

Antoh Decor Enterprises Ltd, a leading dealer in hardware materials, is looking for a full-time Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience in managing brand funds, overseeing receipt processes, and ensuring accurate and timely filing of financial documents. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making.


Brand Fund Management:

Monitor and manage brand-specific funds, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accurately allocate and track brand-related expenditures.

Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes related to brand investments.

Receipt Processing:

Oversee the receipt validation and reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Work closely with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and address any issues related to receipts.

Implement and maintain efficient receipt tracking systems.

Financial Filing:

Prepare and file financial documents, including tax returns, in compliance with relevant regulations.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions for auditing purposes.

Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and tax laws to ensure compliance.

Financial Reporting:

Generate regular financial reports related to brand funds, receipts, and overall financial performance.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Present financial reports to management and provide insights for strategic decision-making.



Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly desirable.


3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.

Proven experience in managing brand funds, receipt processing, and financial filing.


Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data handling.


Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.


Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Monthly salary of 30,000 KES.

Location: Kariobangi and Gikomba.
