Job descriptions & requirements
1. Bookkeeping & Records - Proper filing, receipts & vouchers, managing petty cash
2. Bank & MPESA reconciliations & Transactions
3. Inventory & Operations Support -Assist in tracking raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, Participate in stock counts and inventory documentation
- File statutory taxes (e.g., VAT, income tax, withholding tax).
- Process salaries, benefits, wages
- Reconcile creditor and debtor accounts daily.
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursements.
- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Support internal and external audits with timely documentation.
