JOB SUMMARY
Person SpecificationBachelor's degree in a Finance/AccountingCPA IIACCAData Analytical Minimum of 3 years' work experience in Finance and AccountsAttention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Data analysis-Gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data from various sources like budgets, income statements, and balance sheets2.Performance Monitoring-Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing variances against budget, and reporting on financial performance3.Collaboration-Working with various teams to gather data, provide analysis, and ensure financial alignment across the organization4.Risk Management- Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing mitigation strategies5.Financial Analysis- Analyzing financial data, interpreting trends, and identifying potential risks and opportunities6.Cost Management- Analyzing costs, identifying areas for potential savings, and contributing to cost reduction strategies7.Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actuals and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations8.Presentations-Presenting financial models and reports to management accountant clearly explaining financial issues, risks, providing recommendations based on financial analysis to support business decisions9.Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor in line with the job description.Key Deliverables for this position1.100% accuracy in reporting and revenue recognition2.Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities3.Expertise in relevant software like Excel4.Proficiency in accounting
