REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Mandatory
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Office Administration
- Management or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Preferred
- Experience in FMCG, logistics, or distribution
- Familiarity with:
- Invoicing systems
- M-Pesa reconciliation
- Basic accounting procedures
- Experience working with drivers, sales teams, or warehouses
