Role Objective
The Administrative Assistant will provide executive, operational, financial, and HR administrative support to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and compliance across the organization.
The organisation is based in Ruiru - Kiambu County
Key Responsibilities
- · Executive calendar & travel management
- · Office & facilities coordination
- · Procurement & petty cash management
- · HR administration (staff files, leave tracking, onboarding support, payroll assistance)
- · High level of confidentiality handling executive and HR matters
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or HR support role.
· Experience supporting senior leadership is an added advantage.
· Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is desirable.
