Key Responsibilities
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure deliveries are executed on time and efficiently.
• Maintain and manage the Executive’s calendar, appointments, and schedules.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the Executive when required and provide detailed feedback reports.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties including filing, record keeping, and document management.
• Follow up on pending tasks, payments, and client matters to ensure smooth operations.
