The Administrative Officer Intern will support administrative, human resource, and financial operations of the company by assisting in office coordination, records management, staff support, expense tracking, and compliance documentation.
- Key Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Familiarity with administrative processes, HR operations, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance requirements including Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), National Social Security Fund (NSSF), and other government obligations
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Strong willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
