Role Summary / Purpose
This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, managing administrative functions, and supporting executive coordination to ensure smooth business execution from order confirmation to export delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities including procurement, supplier coordination, packing, and logistics.
- Manage supplier database and maintain strong farm-level relationships.
- Issue and monitor Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
- Coordinate order fulfillment from confirmation to dispatch.
- Ensure timely export documentation and compliance.
- Develop operational workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare operational budgets in coordination with Finance.
- Monitor delivery timelines and supplier performance.
- Act as Company Secretary by maintaining official records, contracts, and board documentation.
- Provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
- Escalate operational risks and supply disruptions promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in fresh produce export operations.
- Strong understanding of export logistics and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international produce markets (Europe or Middle East).
- Knowledge of fresh produce quality standards and compliance requirements.

Based in Nairobi CBD office. Occasional supplier visits and operational field inspections required.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Managing Director.
