Job summary
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Operations and HR, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups. Support student payment reconciliation and handle research tasks to support decision-making and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Operations admin support: manage documents, trackers, meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups across teams.
HR admin support: maintain employee records, onboarding/offboarding checklists, contract/document filing, and basic HR coordination.
Student payments reconciliation: match payments to student records, update CRM/trackers, flag discrepancies, and follow up with stakeholders.
Research & analysis support: conduct quick research (vendors/tools/process options), summarize findings, compare options, and prepare short recommendation notes.
Reporting & data accuracy: prepare simple weekly/monthly reports (payment status, pending items, operational checklists, key risks).
Coordination & communication: schedule calls, manage calendars, draft internal updates, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Compliance & documentation: keep evidence organized for audits; ensure correct file naming, access, and storage.
