Job Description/Requirements
● Experienced CAD Designer, responsible for creating detailed and accurate 3D designs using Autodesk Fusion360 / Catia, specifically tailored to aircraft.
● Integration and aggregation of model
● Structural design and validation
● Parametric part modeling and CAD customization
● Legacy data conversion
● Detailed engineering design from conceptual studies
● Examining alternative ideas and apply value engineering to current designs.
● Generate technical 3D models, drawings and specifications for fabrication and manufacturing processes of aircraft parts and systems. (production moulds, milling, 3D printing)
● Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of composite material properties, for free surfaces design, fabrication techniques, and manufacturing processes. Apply this knowledge to optimize designs.
