Job summary
AI Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing innovative visual and digital content using AI-powered tools. They develop engaging creatives that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Brief-to-hypothesis: turn goals/audience/value props into testable creative hypotheses.
• AI generation & iteration: produce stable, usable ad assets via prompt engineering, references/style control, inpainting/outpainting, and multi-shot consistency
• Workflow & library: naming/versioning/tagging system to reduce rework and improve collaboration.
• Brand & compliance: ensure policy-safe assets (age gating, responsible messaging, no misleading claims).
• Ideation-to-execution: propose new formats and provide executable generation/editing plans
Requirements
• Experience in AI-based creative production (ideally 1+ years); portfolio required.
• Proficient across mainstream AI toolchains (both image + video) and adapts fast:
• Image: Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / Adobe Firefly (2+ preferred)
• Video: Runway / Pika / Luma etc. (must have deliverable ad cuts)
• Strong prompting: decomposes briefs into controllable variables and can reproduceat scale.
• Editing proficiency in at least one of CapCut/Premiere/After Effects; image editingaplus. • Understands performance creative mechanics (hook, pacing, density, CTA, placement and pitfalls).
• Performance creative experience and knows how to iterate from data.
• UGC shooting/editing or creator management; motion/3D/consistency workflows
Portfolio Requirements
• 5-10 finished ad assets + 2–3 iteration stories (v1 → improved).
• Each case: channel, audience, creative angle, toolchain, key prompts (redactedok).
• Performance metrics are a plus (ranges/relative ok; optional).
