Apple Consultant / Sales Assistant

Location: Nairobi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Ksh 21,000 basic + commission (based on sales performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their technology needs and provide tailored Apple product solutions.

• Demonstrate and explain Apple products and services, including software, hardware, and accessories.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple’s product line, promotions, and industry trends.

• Assist in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide after-sales support, troubleshooting, and guidance on Apple products.

• Support inventory management, product display, and merchandising.

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the customer experience.

• Apply insights from FMCG experience to improve product positioning, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in retail or FMCG environment.

• Strong understanding of Apple products, software, and ecosystems.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.

• Knowledge of FMCG sales principles and marketing strategies is a plus.

• Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
