JOB SUMMARY
ResponsibilitiesAttend Induction and Mandatory courses.Attend basic aircraft maintenance courses.Pass company examinations.Perform assigned maintenance tasks while on attachment (OJT).Prepare and plan for the KCAA license without type rating examinations.Perform and/or participate in additional activities/events that help build a strong network.Work closely with an experienced engineering teams throughout the training cycle.SkillsKnowledge of KCARs,Working knowledge aircraft Maintenance manualsGood knowledge of aircraft systemsAble to work in multi culture environmentGood verbal and written communication skillsQualificationsAeronautical/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma or HND or equivalent from a recognized institution.KCSE aggregate C+ with C+ in math, English and physics or equivalent.Proof of attachment when on training.At least 2-3 years of Aircraft maintenance experience.
