Architectural engineers

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop design plans and

blueprints.

● Perform structural calculations and analysis to ensure building integrity and safety.

● Review and modify architectural drawings as necessary to meet project

requirements.

● Oversee the construction process, monitoring progress, and quality of work.

● Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and other construction

professionals.

● Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.

● Perform site visits to assess construction progress and resolve any issues that may

arise.

● Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

● Able to read drawings (really minimum floor plan)

● It doesn't matter if you have a certificate or not 

● Proven experience in architectural engineering and construction projects.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

● Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

2. Architectural foreman

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors.

● Allocate resources and schedule work assignments.

● Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are met.

● Enforce safety guidelines and regulations on the construction site.

● Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the project.

● Keep accurate records of daily activities and project milestones.

● Report progress and issues to project managers and higher-level staff.

Qualifications:

● Previous experience as a construction foreman or in a similar leadership role.

● Proficient knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and equipment.

● Strong leadership and communication skills.

● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

● Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

● OSHA certification is a plus.

3. Architectural shop drawing technician

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in loading and unloading construction materials and tools.

● Perform general cleanup and debris removal on the construction site.

● Support skilled workers in tasks such as digging, trenching, and concrete pouring.

● Operate basic construction equipment under supervision.

● Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

● No specific educational qualifications are required.

● Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.

● Physical stamina and strength for manual labor.

● Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

● Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.

● Ability to work in various weather conditions.

● Commitment to safety and teamwork.
